Egyptian shawarma
How to make the Egyptian chicken shawarma :
Ingredients :
1: One kilo Chicken Breasts
2: A half a cup of fresh molten tomato sauce
3: a large cup of fresh yoghurt
4: A medium grate onion very soft
5: 3 Grate very fine garlic cloves
6: one spice spoon paprika
7: a quarter spice spoon of turmeric
8: Two spice poons of spice and half salt
9: a quarter spice spoon of curry
10: 1/4 spice spoon of ground Laura’s
11: A quarter spice spoon of ground thyme
12: A tip of nutmeg spice
13: Three cardamom peeled pods
14: Three cloves
15: A cup of sunflower or corn oil 250 ml
16: Three spoons of pomegranate molasses
17: Three spoons of vinegar
18: juice of a large lemon
19: A tip of a spoon of black pepper
Method:
1: Wash the chicken with water
2: Chopping chicken slides 5 centimetres long 3/4 centimetres thickness
3: Mix all these ingredients and leave it for two hours only

How to make tomato paste casting?
Ingredients:

Method:

Method:
Mix all ingredients well in a blender, except for the tahini, until it appears white for about five minutes. Then add the tahini until the mixture is well mixed.
A spice spoon is smaller than a teaspoon.
